Through flexible capital solutions and hands-on delivery, we support sustainable wellness initiatives that leave a lasting impact. The Guardian reports : Record numbers of Britons are going to the gym, as the desire of many gen Zers to socialise while getting fit instead of drinking in the pub drives an unprecedented surge in membership, a report shows.
A report by UKActive reveals a record high of 11.5 million gym members in the UK, with Generation Z (ages 13-28) driving a significant surge in fitness club memberships. Over the last 12 months interest in running has once again been on the increase. Strava’s 2024 Year In Sport report shows a 9% rise in races being logged, while our own research reveals that over a quarter of Brits now run at least one to three times per week—that’s 5% more than this time last year.
According to Statista In 2025, the revenue in the Sports Equipment market in the United Kingdom amounts to US$4 billion, with a projected annual growth rate of 3.20% from 2025 to 2029.
